Please read carefully the following booking instructions for our studio, to avoid any additional fees.Thank you for your support of our studio, which allows us to maintain healthy work.
- Last minute cancellation（within 12 Hours）- cancellation fees $30
- Last minute reschedule fees (within 12 Hours) – reschedule deposit $30
- late fees – first 20 minute no charge – after that $1/minute late fees until clients arrived inside our shop.
- deposit can be fully refundable / UnRefundable .please read our policy below.
Cancellation/Reschedule policy
If you need to cancel or make change of your appointment date or time, you can make change by text message/WeChat text/directly to our online booking system .NO FEES charge 12 Hours before your appointment date and time.If you cancel your appointment within 12 hours of your appointment, we will charge a cancellation fee $30; if you change your appointment date or time within 12 hours of your appointment, we will charge $30 new appointment deposit.If you show up on time on your new appointment.the $30 deposit will be refunded to you.otherwise the deposit will not be refunded; if you change the specific time of the appointment within 12 hours of the appointment day, you need to pay a $30 deposit before we can change the time for you. Similarly, if you fail to show up on time for your new appointment, the deposit will not be refunded. our studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Late Policy
We allow 15 minutes of delay for your appointment . If you arrives 20 minutes later we have two options below .
1th option : We will charge you a late fees and continue to provide you with the original service on the same day around that time.The late fees is $1 per minute (The time starts counting from the 20 minutes you are late)
2th option : We will not be able to provide you with service on the same day. At this time, you can choose to cancel or reschedule or change the time. The cancellation fees is $30. If you would like to reschedule another time or date, the first time will be free to make change but you will need to pay a new appointment deposit of $30.(second time we will start to charge Late fee PLUS the deposit $30)If you arrive on time for your new appointment, the deposit you paid will be refund to you on the same day, but if you are still late or last minute change of your new appointment.the deposit will not be refundable ; our studio reserves the right to refuse to serve any guests
No Show
If you do not show up on your appointment date also did not contact us within 15 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will be marked as [No show]. We understand that some emergencies may occur. No matter what the reason is, we will not charge any fees for the first time. But if you would like to make another appointment with us in the future.we require you to pay the NO SHOW FEES $30 PLUS another $30 new appointments deposit . The deposit will be fully refunded to you when you show up on time on the day and time of your new appointment. If you miss your appointment more than twice, we are sorry that our studio will never provide you with service in the future. We tolerate up to 3 [No show] for our [Regular customers – guests who have come to our studio for service more than 5 times]. Our studio reserves the right to refuse to serve anyone.
