Studio Policy

Please read the booking instructions to avoid extra fees.(Thank you for your support of our studio, which allows us to maintain healthy business)

cancellation/reschedule policy:

We require at least 12 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services.Clients canceling with less than 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay $30 in order to continue to book future services at our shop.We reserve the right to not accept appointments for guests who frequently cancel their appointments.

Late-arrival policy:

If a client arrives 20 minutes late, they may need to reschedule and we will require $30 appointments rescheduled deposit (deposit $ will refund to client if they show up on their appointment exactly date and time) OR pay the $10 late fees ;If a client arrives over 30 minutes late, treat it as a no-show OR we can still help the client but client has to pay the late fees $10+ first 20min $10 and then $1per every 5 minutes (Of course, sometimes things are determined on a case-by-case basis. After all, emergencies can happen and being empathetic in those scenarios can go a long way.)

No-show policy:

If the client does not show up on their appointment date and time.we will require $30 appointments deposit for their future appointments booking.deposit $ will be refund to client if the client show up on time for their new booking.If more then 2 times NO SHOW record.we may NOT continue to give services to this client.

預約更改或取消

如果客人想要對已有預約進行時間或日期的更改,又或者是想直接取消預約。我們需要客人在她/他們的預約時間提前至少12小時短信息發送的方式來通知我們。如果客人在離自己預約少於12小時內臨時取消預約或更改日期或時間,我們將會收取$30+美元的預約臨時變更罰款。

預約遲到

客人如果遲到超過20分鐘,客人可能需要重新預約時間,重新預約押金為$30美元,$30美元將會全款退回客人帳號如果客人準時出現在新的預約當天,否則預約押金講不予退還。假如客人遲到超過20分鐘而我們依然有足夠時間為客人服務,那麼客人需要支付遲到罰款,頭20分鐘遲到罰款為$10美元,遲到超20分鐘之後遲到罰款將以每五分鐘$1美元計算。(當然,我們能理解緊急情況可能的發生,希望大家互相理解)本工作室保留拒絕為經常性遲到或缺席客人服務的權利。

缺席預約

不管因何種原因而缺席當天預約的客人,我們將在該客人以後的每一次預約中收取$30美元的預約押金。客人如果在新的預約當天準時到達,預約押金將全款退還給客人,客人也可以直接選擇把押金用作支付當天服務消費費用或把押金用作下一次預約的押金使用。但如果客人在預約當天再次缺席,預約押金講不予退回。客人如果超過預約當天的預約時間30分鐘後依然未能出現、或者客人到達時已經超過預約時間30分鐘,我們都會以[No Show缺席預約]看待。此時如果我們還有空餘時間,我們講根據情況繼續為客人進行當天服務、或選取服務,但預約押金將不予退還。對於存在多次缺席預約記錄的客人,我們可能將不再繼續提供服務。
